Introduction
The YSB series wire rope pressing machine is an electromechanical integrated product. Widely used in various lifting industries, the crimping of steel wire ropes has advantages such as greater reliability, aesthetics, and simplicity compared to previous sleeve insertion machines. After conducting tensile tests on steel wire ropes, it fully meets national standards.
1. This machine adopts an electromechanical integrated design, which can press steel wire ropes of different specifications by replacing different molds. It has the characteristics of easy operation and safety.
2. The hydraulic system adopts dual control, and the pressure can be controlled by the overflow regulating valve and magnetic contact pressure gauge.
3. The electrical control part adopts low-voltage control, which increases the safety of the operating system.
4. The pressed steel wire rope has high tensile strength, aesthetics, and speed. Pressing a set of steel wire ropes can be completed in just a few minutes, reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving work efficiency.

    Machine operation

    Before use, inject hydraulic oil into the air filter (domestic hydraulic oil No. 30 or No. 40 or when the oil temperature is 50 ℃, the kinematic viscosity is 27-43m) ³/ The hydraulic oil injected is filtered by a filter machine, with a filtration accuracy of less than or equal to 15um. The oil level reaches the centerline of the liquid level gauge.

    The upper limit of the pressure gauge is set to 32mpa, and the lower limit pointer is set to zero.
    The pressure gauge is fully adjusted, the power is turned on, the power switch is turned on, and the motor direction is observed to be correct. After ensuring that there are no errors, the pump is allowed to run at no load for 5 minutes. Then press the foot switch (left), the stroke is completed, and the pressure starts to increase, which should be able to reach 32mpa. If the pressure is low, adjust the relief valve adjusting nut, rotate the system pressure clockwise to increase, and vice versa to decrease. When the system pressure reaches the rated working pressure of 32mpa, tighten the nut, observe whether the pump station is running normally, whether each joint is leaking oil, and whether the control switch is flexible and reliable. If any problems are found, solve them in a timely manner. Please note that the overflow has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and users are free to adjust it at will. If significant noise is found during the operation of the pump station, it is caused by the presence of a large amount of air in the hydraulic system during the initial operation, which can cause the piston to repeatedly run between the upper and lower poles multiple times in order to discharge the air. After the air is discharged, the noise will be reduced.
    Before pressing, according to different pressing rope diameters, select corresponding consolidation pipes, molds, and pressures. Use consolidation pipes to wrap the steel wire rope, and the end of the steel rope must be exposed to the joint for 0.5-1.0 days. Apply lubricant to the mold cavity for mold lifting.
    Refer to the attached table or the comparison table on the control panel, adjust the upper limit pointer of the electric contact pressure gauge to the corresponding pressure value, place the consolidation tube of the threading rope sleeve vertically in the mold cavity, step on the foot switch (left), the piston goes up, and presses. After the pressure reaches the set pressure (the upper and lower molds have closed), the upper limit contact of the electric contact pressure gauge is connected, the electromagnetic directional valve is reset, and the pressing stops. Step on the foot switch (right), the piston goes down, and the rope sleeve is pressed, and the flash is removed.
    During the pressing process, special attention should be paid to:
    Align the upper and lower parts of the mold and strictly prohibit misalignment. If the upper and lower mold cavities are misaligned, the pressed cable buckle will become the situation shown in the diagram. This will result in uneven wall thickness of the fixed pipe, stress concentration, and fracture from the thin-walled part of the fixed pipe during the suspension cable breaking tensile test.
    During the pressing process, the fixed pipe must be placed correctly, and it should be placed vertically in the mold cavity, not diagonally or horizontally.
    Select the corresponding mold and fixed pipe according to the diameter of the steel wire rope.

     Precautions

      a) There must be no oil in the oil tank during machine handling and lifting.
      b) The input power supply of the machine must be 380V, 50Hz three-phase AC power.
      c) The grounding protection wire must be reliably connected.
      d) Before starting the machine, it is necessary to install the mold to avoid accidents.
      e) When injecting oil, it must be injected from the air filter.
      f) After using the machine for a week, it is necessary to clean all the oil once. Based on the working load, the oil should be changed every 3-6 months to extend the service life of the machine.
      g) The pump and relief valve have been debugged before leaving the factory, please do not adjust them arbitrarily.
      h) Do not place other hard objects on the top and bottom of the oil cylinder randomly to prevent the piston from damaging the template when it goes down.
      i) To replace the mold, cut off the power supply to the main machine.
      The main body of the oil cylinder is forged.
