Operating standards
- Before drilling the workpiece, use a flashlight to drill an 11.5mm guide hole.
- Insert the piston rod into the screw hole of the piston cylinder, then insert the washer into the piston rod and then into the concave mold. Then extend the piston rod into the guide hole of the workpiece, and finally screw it into the convex die, so that the cutting edge of the convex die is tightly combined with the machining surface, and the convex die, workpiece, and concave die are reliably fixed
- Close the oil return valve in the direction of the needle, and then repeatedly press the force lever to start the piston pump. The oil pressure increases, and the shear force between the concave and convex molds increases. The mold cuts holes on the workpiece until it is cut through.
- Release the oil return valve counterclockwise to fully unload the oil pressure. After encountering the above four steps of operation program, the hole opening operation was completed.
