Usage and precautions

Precautions for hydraulic pump station
1. The oil pump uses 10 # mechanical oil, and the mechanical oil must be replaced after the first 5 hours of use.
2. When starting the pump station, the unloading valve must be opened to prevent motor overload.
3. Each valve has been adjusted to its rated pressure before leaving the factory. Generally, it is not allowed to adjust each valve arbitrarily. If used for a long time below the rated pressure, the working pressure of the high-pressure safety valve can be lowered. When adjusting the pressure of the high-pressure safety valve, remove the protective cap and use a screwdriver to turn the screw counterclockwise to reduce the pressure. Otherwise, the pressure will increase, but the pressure must not be adjusted above the rated pressure of the pump.
4. Double acting pump, connected to matching oil cylinder A outlet for working high pressure, B outlet for return low pressure, cannot be connected in reverse
5. The normal operating temperature of the pump is -20 ℃ -55 ℃. If the temperature is too high, it should be cooled or stopped. If the oil temperature is too low, it is not allowed for the pump to work directly. Heating measures should be taken, and indirect heating is required. Fire heating should not be used
6. High pressure hoses should be inspected at all times to prevent accidents. Generally, a hose pressure test should be conducted every six months, and the test pressure should be greater than 87Kgf/㎡. High pressure hoses should be avoided from folding and sharp bends during use, and the operator should not be reliable. The hose should be too close to prevent accidents.
7. The pump should be inspected once a year, and each component should be cleaned with light diesel or kerosene, while paying attention to protecting the mating surface.
8. When wiring the electric pump station, it is necessary to connect the ground wire to prevent electric shock accidents.
9. The oil tank should be kept at least three-quarters of the stored oil. When refueling, a 120-160 mesh oil filter should be used to filter the oil. Generally, it should be cleaned every two months and replaced with new oil.
Usage and precautions of punching machine
1. Usage
Select the mold according to the diameter of the processed aperture, and this machine is equipped with a total of ф 10.5 ф 13.5 ф 17.5 ф 20.5 Six types of stamping dies, suitable for M10, M12, M14, M16, M18, and M20 bolts, are placed between the upper and lower molds of the workpiece, and the unloading sleeve is rotated to press the workpiece tightly. After driving the single machine control valve to punch a hole, release the unloading valve, reset the stamping die, and release the unloading sleeve to remove the workpiece.
2. Notes
1. The system pressure of the electric pump equipped with this machine has been calibrated to within the range of 63MPa before leaving the factory, and users cannot adjust it arbitrarily
2. When assembling the upper and lower molds on this machine, the models of the upper and lower molds must be consistent, and the fixing sleeve of the upper mold must be tightened.
3. When placing the lower mold of this machine, pay attention to the blade facing upwards (the end with a small aperture), and do not install it as it may damage the machine.
4. During the operation of this machine, the quick connector cannot be removed when the system is already under working pressure.
5. Attention should be paid to the waste materials generated during hole cleaning to avoid filling the lower mold hole and damaging the machine.
Usage and precautions of bending machine
1. Usage
When using, place the bending machine flat and reverse, and insert the panel gear slightly into the head socket of the bending machine oil cylinder.
When bending flat (as shown in Figure 1), open the upper flower plate (4) and install the head of the clamping plate mold (8) into the working oil cylinder head. According to the thickness R of the bent row, select R (7) and place it together with aluminum or copper bars into the clamping plate head. Then press the clamping plate tightly, align the groove widths of the two roller columns (6) with the thickness of the aluminum and copper bars, and put them into the corresponding size holes. Cover the upper flower plate and push the bent aluminum or copper bars into the groove, but the row must extend more than 100mm out of the roller column. If the maximum row sum exceeds 200mm, the top rod head can be extended to fit into the working oil cylinder head, and the other end can be installed into the clamping plate head. Still operational.
C. When bending vertically (see Figure 2), open the upper flower plate, install the right angle die head (9) into the working oil cylinder head, insert two ø 22 pins (11) into the hole (18) of the lower flower plate (5), and then cover the upper flower plate. Place the aluminum or copper bar between the pins and the right angle die head to work. The minimum distance between the two right angles bent is 40mm. If the bent R row needs to be bent again, open the upper flower plate, insert the connecting rod plate (10) into the T-shaped joint, and insert the long bolts of ø 12. Insert the connecting rod plate into the two 22 pins to work.
Under the standard bending radius R with a width of x2.5 and a bending angle d>90 degrees, the springback angle can be adjusted.
E. The roller column has five grooves and is used in two ends. The distance from the position line of one end to the bottom of the groove is 64mm. If the other end is used, it must be turned around.
The oil pump needs to be filled with oil. You can remove the rubber cover (14) at the end of the oil pump and then unscrew the M8 hexagon screw to open the air filter and add oil to the upper end of the oil window.
Copper bars need to be tempered before they can be used.
R100, R125, R150, and bend 8mm using two 4mm plates together, and bend 6mm using a 5mm R plate instead.
