A high torque wrench is a tool that achieves high torque through pneumatic principles. Its pneumatic principle includes three parts: air supply, pneumatic drive, and torque transmission.

A large torque wrench has the advantages of high torque output and easy operation, but when using it, attention should be paid to the stability of the air supply, the selection of appropriate torque levels, and regular maintenance.

    Hydraulic nut main dimensions

    -Widely applicable for the installation, disassembly, and maintenance of important bolt connections in mechanical equipment and facilities in industries such as metallurgy, power, chemical, machinery, and communication, it can conveniently and quickly complete your bolt installation and disassembly tasks, while effectively ensuring the torque value you need.
    -Torque repetition accuracy up to ± 3%.
     -Double acting, high-speed, large turning angle.
    -Achieve maximum torque output with the smallest and most compact size; The oil pipe joint is equipped with an oil pressure overload protection valve, providing safer operation.

     -This is Germany standard (DlN) above, the figure in the form is the max torque of the bolt, and the recommended torque is 80% of chart figure.             
    -The recommended tightening torque equals the figure in the formx (70-80%) For instance: M52, strength grade is 8.8 the torque is 4704x80%=3763.2N.m.3763.2X(1.5~2)=5664.8-7526.4N.mIt is recommended that loosening torque equals about 150%of tightening torque is 4233.6N.m,so the loosening torque is3763.2X(1.5-2)=5664.8-7526.4N.m.

    • *In the situation above, the square drive hydraulic torque wrench is improper, but we can use the ultra-thin cassette hydraulic wrench whose unique feature is that it is assembly of two parts: cassette unit and power unit. in the range of the same model, we can change different power heads to tighten or loose the bolts with the same cassette unit., in addition, we can also fit the reducer inserts to change the hexagon dimensions to tighten and loose different bolts. The choosing of the ultra-thin cassette hydraulic wrench is principally the same as the square drive hydraulic torque wrench.
