The core technology of the hydraulic pump station is to use on/off valves to control the flow rate.By adjusting the switching frequency of the on/off valves, the flow rate can be changed to achieve the goal of adjustable output flow rate of the oil pump. 

Combined with a computer control system and a detection feedback system, it forms a pressure and displacement closed-loop control, which can accurately control the synchronization and load balancing of each jack during lifting and weighing processes.

The synchronous lifting of bridges is divided into four steps: weighing, lifting, maintaining position, and lowering with load.

- Weighing
Before the bridge is officially lifted, it should be weighed to determine the actual pressure at each lifting point. Firstly, based on the estimated pressure at each jacking point, slowly increase the outlet pressure of each pressure reducing valve; When the output of the jack exceeds the beam load it bears, a slight displacement will be generated at that point. At this time, the displacement sensor will transmit the measured data back to the programming controller, and then the controller will issue a stop command to the jack associated with the displacement sensor; When the outlet pressure of all pressure reducing valves stabilizes, the beam body detaches from the support, and its mass is fully borne by the hydraulic jack cluster, and the weighing process is declared finished. At this point, the pressure of each jack is the equilibrium pressure.

Hydraulic transmission is based on the Pascal principle, which is also the basic principle of hydraulic transmission. It means that the pressure of the liquid is consistent in all parts to maintain a balanced system.

The pressure applied by the smaller piston is smaller, while the pressure applied by the larger piston is relatively increased.                                                               

The purpose of doing so is to keep the liquid stationary. So, the pressure at different ends can be obtained through the transmission of liquid, which can achieve the same transformation purpose.

The commonly used electric jack (electric hydraulic jack) uses this principle to achieve the operation purpose.
