NJS/WJB Electric high-power torque wrench
A high torque wrench is a tool that achieves high torque through pneumatic principles. Its pneumatic principle includes three parts: air supply, pneumatic drive, and torque transmission.
A large torque wrench has the advantages of high torque output and easy operation, but when using it, attention should be paid to the stability of the air supply, the selection of appropriate torque levels, and regular maintenance.
By understanding the pneumatic principle of high torque wrenches, we can better use and maintain this tool, and improve work efficiency.
YK Hollow hydraulic torque wrench
The working principle of a hydraulic wrench can be simply summarized as the following steps:
1. Connect the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic wrench and inject hydraulic oil into the hydraulic pump.
2. Manually or electrically start the hydraulic pump to send hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder.
3. The piston inside the hydraulic cylinder is pushed outward by the pressure of hydraulic oil, which drives the wrench head to rotate.
When the preset torque value is reached, the hydraulic pump will automatically stop supplying oil, and the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder will also decrease accordingly.

MXTA Drive type spanner special sleeve
A drive wrench is a common manual tool used to tighten or loosen connectors such as bolts and nuts. It usually consists of a handle, transmission mechanism, and wrench head. The schematic diagram of the driving wrench refers to the diagram of its internal structure and working principle.

MXTA Driven hydraulic torque wrench
A hydraulic torque wrench is a power tool designed to exert torque on a fastener to achieve proper tightening or loosening of a connection through the use of hydraulics. A torque wrench is applied to the nut either directly or in conjunction with an impact socket.

XLCT Hollow wrench transition sleeve
A wrench is also a type of railway accessory. A manual tool that utilizes the principle of leverage to turn bolts, screws, nuts, and other threaded fasteners that hold the opening or sleeve of bolts or nuts.
A wrench is usually equipped with a clamping handle at one or both ends of the handle to apply external force. The handle can be used to turn the bolt or nut to hold the opening or sleeve of the bolt or nut.
When in use, apply external force along the direction of thread rotation to the handle to tighten the bolt or nut.
Wrenches are usually made of carbon structural steel or alloy structural steel
XLCT Super thin hollow hydraulic wrench
The working principle of ultra-thin hollow hydraulic wrench is to use hydraulic pressure to tighten or loosen bolts or nuts.
When tightening bolts, connect the hydraulic oil pipe of the wrench to the hydraulic pump, turn on the hydraulic pump, and the hydraulic pump will provide hydraulic pressure to move the piston forward, apply force to the bolt, and tighten the bolt.
When it is necessary to loosen the bolt, simply turn the direction switch of the hydraulic pump to the reverse direction, and the hydraulic pump will provide reverse hydraulic pressure, causing the piston to move backward and loosen the bolt.
