The pulse width synchronous control system is a complete set of technology development that integrates hydraulic lifting system, industrial computer PLC control technology, displacement monitoring, bridge structure analysis and construction technology, and is carried out on the integrated system.

The core technology of the hydraulic pump station is to use on/off valves to control the flow rate.By adjusting the switching frequency of the on/off valves, the flow rate can be changed to achieve the goal of adjustable output flow rate of the oil pump. 

Combined with a computer control system and a detection feedback system, it forms a pressure and displacement closed-loop control, which can accurately control the synchronization and load balancing of each jack during lifting and weighing processes.

    Adopting a high induction touch screen, intelligent synchronization, foolproof operation, multiple protection functions, fault alarm protection, and error reset, it achieves high-speed zero setting and smooth lifting function.   
    Fully computer-controlled, the lifting process does not require manual intervention, and the system automatically detects the lifting status and can provide information based on the lifting situation; The synchronous control accuracy can reach 0.05mm, and the synchronous lifting and synchronous lowering are completely controllable. 
    Each control point's oil circuit is relatively independent, and the system pressure can be adjusted separately without interference.    
    The main components of the system are selected from well-known international brands, and all sealing components are imported, with a wide range of applicability. It can be used in conjunction with single acting or double acting jack systems, which are convenient to use. 

    The hydraulic pipeline, hydraulic jack, and hydraulic pump unit are all connected by quick insertion joints, equipped with high-precision displacement sensors and pressure sensors, to monitor and feedback the system's working conditions in real time.

    Operation steps

    • Installation and removal bearing; But according to customer special requirement for papermaking machinery, cement machinery and metallurgy copper aluminum metal industry.
    •  Connect hydraulic pipelines and sensor lines and connect power lines.
    • After installing the pipeline, check whether the pipeline and sensor circuit are correct in manual mode after starting up.
    •  Before synchronizing the lifting operation, first switch the mode to manual lifting mode, and then execute the switch button to start the jack lifting. When the actual pressure reaches the switch pressure value, the jack automatically stops lifting. The set value for the pressure is: the optimal set value is about 30% of the actual load.
    •  After the fitting is completed, set the target displacement first, press the up button, and the jack will automatically rise. When it reaches the set target value, it will automatically stop moving.
